RAE BOOGIE BLANKS LLC TERMS & CONDITIONS
This section outlines information you (the customer) need to know when shopping with us (Rae Boogie Blanks LLC). This includes your consumer rights and our rights and responsibilities towards you as our customer.
POLICY
RETURNS
Rae Boogie Blanks LLC has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons, applied at the time of purchase, will be prorated and deducted from the amount of the return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, not customized, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@rbblanks.com with the subject heading "RETURN REQUEST." If your return is accepted, YOU MUST mail back the item(s) within 3 business days in order to receive a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have been customized or used (i.e., sublimated upon, vinyl, epoxy, resin, used as drinkware, etc). Thank you for understanding this condition as the item becomes unsaleable after it has been used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance and sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by Rae Boogie Blanks LLC, you will then be able to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
